Cyprus Run Apartments

Good apartments and Mgmt; iffy area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006   Note: this review is for "Cypress Run" Apartments, which is the one at the address indicated here, not "Cyprus Run." If I am not the longest-term tenant at Cypress Run Apartments after ten years, I must be close. The large one-bedroom is nicely laid out, the grounds are well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful with maintenance requests and package deliveries. The amenities like the pool and workout room are not fancy, but they are functional. And the prices are very reasonable for the size and condition of the apartments. My only complaint is not the fault of management, although it could try to address it(and sometimes has) and that is that its location on Goldenrod road has sometimes made it a hotbed for local criminals who target cars. Honda owners, beware of periodic rashes of wheel theft. Sometimes management provides an armed late-night security patrol, and sometimes it does not.
