I will say that the complex isnt the worst BUT it is without a doubt in my mind not worth what they charge for rent every month. It's a safe area with lots of kids, good kids too but the complex offers NOTHING!! No playground, no picnic or BBQ area no place to wash your car and no clubhouse. And the worse problem of all is parking. The aparments are small but decent inside, its just the outside looks GROSS!!!! I would say if you can afford to live somewhere else, live there instead.

I LIVED IN THIS COMPLEX FOR 2YRS 2005-2007 AND THE MANAGEMENT WAS VERY NICE WHEN I FIRST MOVED SINCE I WAS FROM ANOTHER BUT SOON THEREAFTER AI GOT A NONRESPONSIVE MAINTENANCE IT GOT SO BAD THAT ONE OF THEM QUIT THE PERSONNEL HAS NO IDEA KEEPS POOR RECORDS TO SET YOU FOR EVICTION IF YOU DO NOT DO AS THEY SAY..DRUD DEALERS CANVASS THE AREA AND THERE IS NO PLAY AREA THEY SHOULD BE RENTING FOR 500-600 DOLLARS INSTEAD OF THAT RIP OFF RENT..IF YOU CHOSE TO MOVE TO DANUBE PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
