Best place I've lived in Orlando..I've been at Danube for 3 years and love it here. It is centrally located near the Orlando Airport, grocery, department stores, gas stations and bus lines. The units are very nice (atleast mine is) I've had compliments on my apartment from visitors.. When I moved in I was furnished with Brand-New appliances, new paint, new carpeting and italian tile flooring. I have 2 good sized bedrooms with walk-in closets in both rooms and there are 2 FULL baths. The best part of the apartment is that there are no up or downstairs tenants as the apartments are one level much like a duplex. No worries of being disturbed by loud neighbors up or downstairs. Occasionally we have had some problem tenants or problems in the complex but those people are usually removed promptly(evicted). As far as drugs and/or crime, you find that ANYWHERE you live even in the richest and most respected communities-It's the Azalea Park community not specifically the complex that is the problem. My repairs are usually taken care of within a day (usually the same day). There is pest control available every week if needed and At the complex I lived at before here I often waited a week to get anything fixed. No there is no fancy clubhouse, gym or car wash on-site (the rent would be higher if there were)but there is a small bbq area near the community pool. For $765 a month in the Heart of Orlando Florida how can that not be a Great Deal''' I have NO intention of leaving... SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
