I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMPLEX FOR A NEAR TO YEARS AND SINCE I MOVED HERE THE MAINTANECE HAS BEEN TERRIBLE THEY FIX THINGS HALF WAY AND WHEN YOU COMPLAINT IN REGARDS TO IT THE PERSON WHO IS RESPONSABLE WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO RECORD. AND WHEN YOU CALL THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT THEIR VERY GOOD AT TAKING SIDES ISNT THEIR A SAYING THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. THAT IS WHY THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS HAVE EMPTY PEOPLE ARE RUNNING FROM THIS PLACE DUE TO MANANGMENT.I HAVE TO SAY IVE LEARNED MY LESSONDONT JUMP INTO THE FIRST THING TAKE YOUR TIME AND ASK QUESTIONS.CAUSE ONCE YOU MOVE IN THIS PEOPLE WILL NOT LET YOU GO TILL YOUR LEASE IS COMPLETE AND EVEN LIKE THAT THEY PUT YOU THRU HELL.SO BEWARE OF DANUBE APARTMENTS

1st of All, Learn how to spell if you're going to try to review anything. 2nd if you're soo unhappy, LEAVE!! All you will do is lose your deposit money which is what happens ANYWHERE you break a lease. I haven't had any problems in the 3 yrs. I have lived here with getting repairs. If you want to live in a "real" DUMP Move across the street to Danube Village and then you will really see what a "TERRIBLE" place is REALLY like. By the way, the rent is MUCH higher over there too. I have lived in 3 different complexes in Orlando and Danube Apartments has been by far the BEST yet!!
