The deal was great since I got 2 free months but it doesnt pay for getting my car stolen 3 days after I moved in. Someone elses was broken into the same night. NO help from the management staff. The security stinks, an old lady at the gate that is asleep half the time or just waves her hand to everyone. Its close to a not too good area so it was bound to happen. Lots of young people around. The back nine are nice although I also have problems with the silver fish, spiders and roaches. Garbage pickup is not always consistant. Living under someone you expect some noise but the pluming is aweful and wakes me up constantly. Cant wait for the lease to expire, 2 months notice FYI.

The bug situation is better but it took harassing the management. They now have Curtis security driving around now. They do respond if you call but obviously cant do too much. It would be better if they actually monitored who came in at the gate. Our washer broke, two days later I had to go to the office to get them to come over. The maintence guy was great though. Wont be staying. Moving across the street to Park something where they have real security, even if it costs another 40 bucks a month.
