This place may look great on the outside atleast at the front of the complex but it is a hell hole!! First of all you have to deal with nasty old appliances (please don't be fooled by the nice model they show you) and your apartment being infested with rodents and insects 24/7 which requires you to have pest control come in every week for as long as you live there. The leasing agents are mean and do not know how to do their jobs nor do they treat there tenants with respect. The property manager is very mean DO NOT be fooled by the nice persona she puts on at the beginning before you sign your lease because that is just her tricky way of luring you in to signing a lease that you will absolutely regret after the first week there. The assistant manager is incompetent because she tells you one thing and her manager I just spoke about comes along and overrides everything she tells you. Everyone in that office has one agenda and one agenda only collecting your rent money, they don't even have the courtesy to ocassionally ask how you are doing or if everything is going okay in your apartment because frankly THYE DON'T CARE. Many times I walked into the office and heard some of the agents complaining about their "b****y boss", so if they cant tolerate her they definitely won't spend an ounce of time being courteous to you as a tenant. Oh and by the way regardless of how clean, spotless, and free of damage you leave the apartment they use every trick in the book to avoid giving you yor security deposit back......I even tried calling corporate office to complain and nothing was done so, with all that said BOTTOM LINE IS:DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE! DO NOT MOVE THERE! I am speaking from experience I just moved out a month ago and i am so happy I love where I am living now and the leasing office staff here is a million times better. I wrote this because I care about other people's well-being and I don't want any one else to go through what I did so please take heed.
