I had mantnance problems sence the begaining. I went four months with a broken stove that had not been fixed from last atendant. I ask the managment staf everday to come fix the problems. The seal on my door was broken so every time it rained I had unwanted guests. The apartment had problems with silverfish as well. My air conditioner broke and leaked through out the apartment. After not haveing air for two weeks in the summer I went and talked to the maintnence man. MAnagment had not writen up a report. Then the managment team said I would have to pay for the damaged carpet. I didn't like the fact that children walked the nieghborhood at all hours of the night. A group of kids set of fireworks everynight at 11:45pm and at 2 am. The MAnagment team is very unorganized. my first apartmnet that I put a down payment on and had the gass, electric and phone company scheduled to come out to turn every thing on. Then I found out that apartment was given to someone else. Then on top of that I then Had to wait three months to get another apartmnet. Managment team was not very nice when I came to tell them about the problems. Every month they had excusses for raising my rent. I felt like I was taken avantage of. When I ask for copy of my lease they refussed to give me one.

East Lake would like to help you with your issues but are unfamiliar with you or your requests. The rents here are raised only once per year and are based on the medium income in the area. Th largest increase we have had in the last 4 years is less than $20. If you had an ac that leaked, we would never ask you to pay for the carpet. There must be more to this than what is being reported. Please come by the office so we may investigate your claims and handle your issues. We would never refuse someone a copyof their lease and would never take advantage of anyone. We treat everyone here the same and have very happy residents, a high renewal rate, and long waiting lists. We are more than happy to make your stay here more enjoyable. Please come visit us.

I lived in east lake and would agree the property is horrible we lived there for over a year and had bug problems kids rome the neighborhood all hours of the night. Managment sucks really bad it is a little getto. If you are not spanish dont move in

So basically you are saying that spanish people love to live in filth, with friendly pet insects? That we light off fireworks at all hours of the night? I really don't care anymore what you say my point of submiting a response was to let others know what a hell hole East Lake is. Potential renters will obviously see that by all the neg. feedback.

I live at east lake and have never had a problem however i've never had to report anything either. Just to make a correction in east lake's response, they say they only raise the rent once a year, which is what they told me and that is completely false. They have raise the rent 3 times in the past 10 months.

I anyone has a problem that is not solved by your community manager, you should report it higher...with the property management company "Concord Management". Their phone number is 877-500-8601. You may help others by posting your comments here, but why not get the treatment you deserve? I'm sure the higher ups would love to know what goes on and what is not handled.
