I wouldn't agree more with the last post regarding the office staff. Both the manager and her assistant are very rude. The other day I was greeted by a cockroach when I opened my mailbox to check the mail. Also the gate is a joke as it has never been working since I moved in and I don't even think that the office staff knows that people from the neighboring community are parking their cars at East Lake.
