The management of this apartments are very rude and like to lie to the residents about their policy. We use to live for two years and when I renew the lease I told them that change my carpet because it was very dirty and old and they told me that ok, when I sign the paper and and renew my lease they not change the carpet and never cleaned. When I moved the Manager walked my apartment two weeks before my moving she told me that everything was fine and only thing that I need to change was one light in the bathroom and clean the fan in the livinroom and I told her about the paint in my apartment because I want to paint my apartment before I move out and she told me that don't worry about that because they paint the apartment and after I move out they charge me $1000 for the paint in my apartment and they charge me for other things that I know were clean. This is the way that they work to keep the deposit money.

YOU RIGHT ABOUT THAT THEY JUST WANT YOU DEPOSIT,AND YOU CALL CORPORATE AND THEY DON"T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT,YOU NO WHY,THEY GET BIG BONUS AT THE END OF THE YEAR. WE CALL THAT FRAUD EAST LAKE IS GOOD,THEY HAVE MANAGMENT,MAINTANCE COMBINE.
