I really love living here because my apartment faces a pond that always has ducks swimming in it. Very peaceful. The maintenance people always helped us out even though they're always busy. The leasing agents are very polite and professional even though my husband and I can be very demanding tenants. The apartment is clean and well kept on the outside and roomy on the inside. If you're a clean person you'll rarely if ever see bugs. It's Florida, bugs happen. I rarely see a bug in my house and I live next to a pond. The carpet is berber which I came to love since it always looks clean. The only issue I have (or used to have) was my upstairs neighbors--a couple of drama queens always yelling and hitting the walls. Well, they've left and life is good. You can live in a luxury apartment and still have crappy neighbors. My new neighbors are more courteous. I hate the sight of some of my ghetto looking neighbors, but hey, all I have to do is shut the door when I come home. I'm very happy living in this place: it's rent controlled (the rent won't increase), close to grocery stores, down the street from UCF, and it's clean.
