Bad:

Trash is often overflowing from the dumpster weekly with 30-40 bags left in front of it. The Roxy nightclub is open 4-5 nights a week, and at 3:00am all the drunk gangsters fight, shoot at each other, scream, and vandalize vehicles of the residents that have to park on the street because of the lack of parking. The management is incompetent, often showing up hours late to open the office, never following up on the residents requests. We are still waiting on a gym key that they were supposed to give us 2 months ago. Parking is not enforced, so cars just park anywhere in the lot: next to curbs and in handicap spots. The apartments are extremely overpriced, and the walls are thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do.

Good:

The grounds are kept up well, the maintenance is great and professional, and aside from the ROXY the neighborhood is nice.
