We have lived here since 2007 and really enjoy Enders Place condo's. The staff is very professional and does a great job! Whenever i request for something to be fixed it is completed within 24 hours. I have never had a bad eperience with the staff they are very helpful. The grounds are also picked up and looks awesome! Yes, there has been times i have saw dog poop on the grounds but my thoughts are managment does not own those dogs that poop on the ground. If you want to have a pet it's your responsibilty to clean up after your own animals otherwise don't expect someone else to clean it up. Having a pet means a lot more then just walking your dog and playing fetch. Yes, there has been street light out on the property in fact i had one out in front of my condo just last week and i called the office and the office mentioned they would be glad to call OUC to come out and fix the steet lights. I guess not all the lights really belong to Enders the staff was very helpful and informative. I must say the only thing that i can really complain about is parking on property. I had a few experiences where i had to park 3 buildings away from my condo. This can be a problem for me if this continues because with my working hours sometimes i do not get home unit very late and do not want to have to walk late at night being a young women. I do not also like that roxys night club is so close but this has not be a problem for me yet. I would recommend Enders to my Friends and Family! Baldwin Park is a very nice community here in Orlando.
