I have lived here for the past few months and have experienced nothing but the best from this place. When I came to apply I was asked how many vehicles I would be bringing. I said two and the woman recommended that I get a garage since there is only one assigned spot per apartment. She was very honest about the parking, and it turns out that it is very common in this section of town. The office and maintenance staff were so very welcoming and polite to me when I visited, when I came back to apply, when I moved in, and on the few occasions that I have been in since. I have not experienced anything negative from living at this community. I got an apartment with a garage attached and have not flinched at the price once. The price of a garage is worth the convenience of not having to search for a parking spot. It is a bit out of the way for me to live at this community, but it is worth it to me. The grounds are very well maintained, as was my apartment when I moved in. The maintenance staff is wonderful and they are very accommodating. Nothing has been too small or too large for them to fix for me. For the record, nothing was wrong with the apartment itself. I requested that the garage and balcony be painted, since there were a few oil spots. It was done the next day. Also, I prefer to have a digital thermostat and I let Kelvin know...it was done the next day. I love the valet trash-so convenient! I don't even know where the dumpster is on property because they pick up Sunday-Thursday! All in all, this is an amazing property. Perhaps the negative reviews have been from people that did not get their way for some reason or another. It has been my experience that people put their thoughts and feelings out there only for negative experiences, not the positive ones! Well, I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I want the world to know.
