I am an area native and have not lived here. Just want to warn that this apartment complex was condemned because of black mold many years ago. Everyone was asked to leave, so they could tear down the majority of it to rebuild. They have done an amazing job with it, but the fact remains that it is still built on swampland. Beware of possible health issues related to black mold that some past residents suffered. Same with the Arbors at Maitland Summit.
