Enter and exit at your own risk! If you can get in without getting smashed head on by someone coming out, you done good. You see, this place has a little issue with parking. Some residents even have to park OUTSIDE of the gated community. LOL. They park on the side of the street up to the round-a-bout entrance. This makes it an adventure when entering or leaving due to the fact that, at any moment, another car may be coming in or out and (if the timing is just right) as they work around the line of cars in the street, they are now right in front of you!!! yay. Needless to say, I have had and seen quite a few close calls with that one...

But hey, you got in! Sweet. Now, navigate through and around the many cars parked in front of the buildings, in fire lanes, up on the curbs, on the corners and stuffed in to one single parking space. Look out for the innocent residents that may be out walking the dog or the children that might pop out between the cars without notice. If you get to your space without incident, just hope some jackass hasn't parked there or that the cars on either side 'allowed' enough room for you to park and exit your vehicle without having to crawl out of the sunroof. No sunroof' Call the local Fire Department and request extraction with the Jaws of Life.

Here's the deal:

1) Rent went up an additional 125/mth on a renewal
2) Renewal rent for 1 bdrm/1 bath, 3rd floor, overlooking parking is 100/mth more than a new lease for 2/bdrm/2 bath, 3rd floor, overlooking water
3) Trash valet service is like Sanford and Son. In addition, they come at night between 7-11pm because they can't be trusted to pick up trash during the day when most residents are at work (you pay 15/mth for this service)
4) Aforementioned parking situation is a complete joke
5) Sound proofing (or lack thereof) is a joke. Yes, I can hear EVERYTHING.
6) 9 out of 10 times you call the rental office, you get voicemail
7) 5 out of 10 times, you never get a call back
8) It appears that half of the folks at the rental office can't help you
