As far as parking goes, as long as you live near visitor parking you should be fine. Only parking complaint I can think of is while my wife was pregnant we got a warning on her car that it would be towed if we didn't move it to another visitor parking spot! So I moved it a single spot over. The community gets defensive over their parking spots. A friend got his car nearly towed after just 15 minutes. We caught the tow truck in time but still had to give him $50 for letting his car down! Don't park in other peoples assigned spots here. But that's a no brainer.

As far as noise.. There isn't much to say. Once in awhile I can hear a neighbors TV or someone vacuuming but that's only if there is no activity in my own apartment. Can often hear people talking loudly in the halls but once they go inside the noise is gone. The biggest noise complaint I have is the 434 traffic. We do not face it but just on the other side of the building is a merge lane that gets very noisy in the morning and evenings. Management just put a new fountain in that masks most of this noise.

Grounds are kept clean and green. I never see dead plants and they decorate seasonly. Tasteful, not over the top. I'm not sure what the purpose of the gate is here. Seems like every few weeks it stays open for a few days. Rent is going up $100 even though it is $100 cheaper to lease it new. Not too happy about that price jump.

Staff know me by name. I get packages often and they usually know exactly what apartment I'm in. Had some maintenance issues which were fixed right away.

Overall - Very happy with the apartment and the staff.. not so much rent increase. Best if you live near visitor parking.
