I keep getting stuck with noisy people above me. It isn't music or TV that's the problem, but just their walking about that's the problem. I could put up with it if it were just during the regular hours before 11 p.m., but these people are still stomping around at 1 or 2 in the morning, going back and forth between bedroom and bathroom. There are also occasional loud crashes of something being dropped. One day I noticed 2 cats in their window, which I think explains the rapid low rumble I hear - the cats playing tag. A couple weeks ago I even heard sex at 2:30 AM. I'm looking at you, #9-204! I'm exhausted from the lack of sleep due to these ceiling reverberations, and it will be time to move when the lease is up.
