I have lived in the Estates at Maitland Summit for a year now. I love it. For those who have posted about bad parking, highway sounds, etc., I cannot relate. I have never had a problem with my parking space, nor finding extra parking in visitor spots.

If you are on the lake-side of the property (which i highly recommend), the fountains drown out the sounds of the highway nearby and opening the apartment windows allow a cool breeze to flow through the apt (saving me money on energy bills).

I've never had a single complaint about my neighbors, and besides the occasional loud thud (like someone upstairs fell off the top bunk) I don't hear a thing. I've never had any security problems in my apartment. Any maintenance issues have always been resolved same-day. The office knows me by name and they have always been available to go out of there way to help me if I needed it.

The valet trash is nice-- not having to bring our garbage to the compactor ourselves is very convenient. They even cleared away our mountain of boxes and trash we had leftover from moving in!

Overall, I highly recommend this property. I will be sorry when I have to move out.

I am very interested in this property and I'm not 100% sure if the people bad mouthing this property are just really picky or if it has some truth. I currently live in NYC and when you live here you live where the rent is cheap not necessarily where it's the prettiest or the safest or even with the nicest of management so I'm not sure what to think. One part of me is a little afraid to find a mess and the other part of me thinks that some of these people are a little spoiled when it comes to apartment communities. Any information you may have about this apartment community good, bad or indifferent that may help will be greatly appreciated.
