I have lived here for 7 months, and it's not bad overall. I am pretty picky about my living conditions, and am a homeowner who moved here from out of town. I agree with the previous poster who stated that most of the complaints about this complex would apply to many apartment communities. Noise is a pretty typical problem with most apartments (by the way....my apartment is fairly quiet with the exception of an occasional thud from upstairs)....office staff has always been fine with me (not the friendliest, but certainly helpful and efficient for the most part)....and I have not had security issues. I do agree that they could have done more when the break-ins were occurring (apparently the problem has ended now') The parking is not an issue for me because I have a unit with a garage (which I highly recommend), but I must admit that when I come home late at night on occasion, there are cars parked randomly everywhere and it is indeed tight, even for a regular car. It seems like some of the people don't even attempt to park close to the curb. No way a big fire truck would get through! I have a small dog and always pick up "the poo," but some folks could do better with this. They have dog cleanup stations everywhere with poop bags and disposal cans.

My neighbors are all quiet and friendly and considerate. Valet trash makes life easier. Some apartments have upgrades like crown moulding, built-in bookcases and desks, large closets, attached garages, ceiling fans, that you don't see in most apartments. The location is very convenient to I-4 / downtown / etc. I will probably renew my lease in a few months when it's time. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
