Seriously. Parking here is the WORST I have ever seen in a rental community. Assigned parking is fine and all but, they don't account for all the vehicles that DON'T have assigned spots that park anywhere and everywhere they can just to be close to their bulidings. You literally weave your way thru a variety of 'creatively' parked cars just to get in and out of this place. Add a moving truck here and there and you can literally get trapped!!! Whoever came up with this parking scheme and those that still allow it to go unchecked should be fired. Ask 'management' about it and they say they 'turn a blind eye' to the parking situation just as long as cars don't block traffic or access to assigned spots. WHATEVER. All of the fire lanes, corners, front and backs of buildings have parked cars. I once had furniture delivered and it took the guys ten minutes to get thru it all and then they had to go AROUND the building with the furniture because some jackass parked directly in the front which successfully blocked the stairway. Nice.
The trash valet would be nice if the guys that perform this 'service' didn't stomp up and down the stairs, slam the trash bins shut and park their garbage filled pickup truck in the middle of the road every night. Gated community' HA! The gates haven't worked properly in well over a month. Nice security for a community that had multuple break-ins less than a year ago. The management here is just lame. Parking sucks everywhere-and I got to say that at least when we went in to check out the apartments that they were honest about the issues they have...they told us that the parking was bad and told us that the trash guys can be loud (apparently people have kept complaining). Can't say that other places have been as honest.
