Yet another weekend I'm trapped in my parking section. Most of these cars arent even residents...their visitors!
Its seems Sundays are the worse to park here. Everyone parks in the fire zones. I've only seen a tow truck roaming around once or twice the 6 months I've lived here. Every once in awhile you find those violation stickers on peoples car windows. But it doesn't seem to worry anyone...bc those same cars remain parked there for days if not weeks before I see them gone.
My friends and family park upfront and walk around back. (Thankfully I'm close enough to the front.) So why cant anyone else make their visitors park there too' God forbid people WALK'
Other than that....I like it here. No matter where you live Gates always work one month and don't the next. The garbage guys...yeah they can get loud...but I got used to it.
But If had to chose a place just on the parking issue...I would have moved somewhere else like Traditions or shadow creek.
PS You better plan on getting a washer dryer. Theres only one laundry room here and it has 4 washers and 4 dyers. You have to purchase a card to use them. Kinda annoying. If you had to move here bc of your commute to work like me, I would move here. Other than that try to find a place with better parking 1st.

Not only is the parking horrible but there is a trash problem too. I can't wait until my lease is over!
