This place is horrible. The mangagement will take weeks to do anything you request if they do anything at all but I'll put money down on them putting a notice on your door for everyone to see saying you owe them something. They come into your home unannouced and for what I'm not sure. They say it's for inspections but I don't see the point if they don't bother to improve anything,

The inspections are probably because they had a serious mold problem a few years ago. I speculate the inspections are to make sure there is no mold in the house.
