If you have more than one vehicle or would like to have guests that might be a problem. This ia a gated community where some folks have to park outside the gate and walk because there is not enough parking. Some people double park or even park on the lawn. According to management they do not have a parking issue. Visitors spots are designated throughout the complex but are all used by tenants. If you are willing to "play the game" then by all means move in but beware.
Apartment design is not the best use of space but looks nice.
