no backbone in the management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
rules change everyday. no structure or guidlines. The kids are unruley, the 20 something's are mouthy, & there is no strength in the management to put an end to any of it. Doesn't bother them, the ones that live here stay closeded in there apartments & the others get to leave & go home, they could careless.
