I have lived here since the complex opened. First they sold Park Ave which was why i moved in. I liked using the boat dock and the pools in that half of the complex. Then they started changing rules. They never take care of maintenance issues and my bathroom tile is cracked up more than a whie girl in the ghetto!

The rent got jacked up even more this year and it just isn't worth the price for the amount of space. It has been ok, and I like my neighbors. But the kids are rude little punks that don't need to be living in a luxury apartment complex.

It's a beautiful home, minus the roaches... don't know how they got in here. It would be ok if it weren't so overpriced.
