It's fine, but really, the selection of apartments is nonexistent these days

The Estates is a decent place to live. I moved in to my apartment when it opened. Yes, it is overpriced, but there are not too many options in this area. Everything has gone condo. I do not have roaches in my apartment, but I did have an ant problem for three months. They were everywhere! But, that has been taken care of, and I have not seen a bug of any sort in several months.
The walls are thin (I can hear my neighbors phone), but that is to be expected in apartments. The people are nice, but there are too many kids.
The office staff used to be very rude, but they have gotten better in the past few months. I actually complained to the management companies' corporate office, and since then, the office staff's attitude has greatly improved.
Parking is okay, you can usually find a spot.
For the selection of apartments in this area, the Estates is about as good as it gets. Hopefully they don't go condo, because I certainly wouldn't buy the place.
But, for an apartment complex, it's fine. And, a plus, the gate works 99% of the time.
Overall, its a little pricey, but worth it if you have to live in an apartment.
