If I had to describe my one bedroom townhouse at the Estates at Park Avenue, I would say it's overpriced and cramped. I'm hardly home due to work and am very tidy but miraculously I have roaches. I don't know how they got there and the complex keeps spraying but the little things just don't die. The management has some nice people but there are some incompetent employees who are rude with you when you have a legitimate issue. My immediate neighbors are nice enough but the kids in the neighborhood are little jerks who don't know how to get out of the street. The rules change frequently and parking is not enforced. More often than not I have a two building hike to my stoop when I get in from work. Over all, I want to move.
