Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
We lived there for 2 years.. and had some problems.. like the drug dealer who moved in next door, but paid his rent on time, so it took 5 months to get rid of him. They kept trying to retro-actively change our lease. Now they want to gouge us for replacing carpet, when we had the carpets steam cleaned by THEIR cleaning service, and pronounced great when we left. The office staff has no control or say in what the management company does, and there's no way to get to the management company. Oh - and in two years, this "gated communities" gates never worked.
