Frankly I'm in a 1BR and I LOVE IT! It was spacious and fun to design. I've been here a year and work at Disney so it's super convenient. Management is ok, I've seen so much worse most of them are super nice! Some are fake nice and you can totally tell but they do their jobs so whatever. Move-in was a little odd, if it weren't for one or two people nothing would have gotten done had to call a few times to be sure paperwork was taken care. Work orders are replied to within 24 hrs, the grounds are beautiful (green), the buildings are pretty and colorful, the pools and hot tubs are great but I wish they were open later not til 10 pm. As for the roaches I see about one or less a month and they take care of that as soon as you call, I think it's due to living on a golf course and lakes being near by. But I would NEVER call it an infestation! The ceilings are high, there's crown molding in the living and dining area, I feel secure and it's quiet. I'm moving to San Diego and if I could I'd box up the Estates and take it with me. The area, the apartment everything. It is the nicest place to live in Orlando. BTW I live above garages and can here people go in and out, I don't mind it but some people who visit me go "that's not cool." Oh and get this, the whole office staff lives here. If it were so bad they wouldn't live here themselves besides the discount they probably get, no' As a female in her 20's I loved living here. Haven't done the move out process yet, we'll see how that goes. PS I DON'T WORK HERE! I PROMISE. I'm a disney princess through and through. lol oh and they waive app fees for theme park employees. PS parking is only bad late week nights most of the people here are 9-5ers.
