I lived at the Estates for 1 year then moved to california. I would highly recommend this property. I had a two bedroom townhome, corner unit, no issues with management at all. The complex had wine/cheese tasting parties, movie theater was great, arobics, restaurants & shops next door at their sister community prior to going condo and well great location. They just started to open the townhomes across the street so I cant say what has changed now but I loved living there. The only thing I didnt like is opening Walmart down the street. PS. I use to pay $1000 for my two-bedroom townhome but no in california, I pay $2380 monthly and in Irvine, not near the ocean, just average rent out here. I miss those Good Ol Days...
