These apartments are so nicely designed and the property is beautiful, but I cannot recommend this property because of the noise. Even just normal noise is very audible and if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them through the floors and the ceiling. I have only lived here for a few months and I'm already contemplating moving out. You can hear the neighbors dog racing up and down the apartment and the neighbor downstairs singing. You can even hear people flush the toilet and people's bedsprings creaking. It's like living in a cheap motel.

It is such a shame that a property as pretty as this was so poorly constructed. Also, there are a lot of people with dogs here who do not pick up after their pets. I love the apartment, but it is not worth it.

get ready for a shock, i was told that you must finish out your lease. i agree the place is beautiful but it's super noisy. the college kids down stairs are constantly out until 2 and 3 AM. complaints go unresolved and I AM moving at the end of my lease. when i leave i'll write my own evaluation.
