I was impressed with the upkeep and overall beauty of the place. For what they charge and promise one would expect better construction and management. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in your neighbors unit. The second bedroom is next to the walkway and not only can you hear everyone who walks by but the walls shake with every footstep. I was unfortunate to rent near "The Hamptons" next door. To my suprise there is a neighborhood bar that offers live music on the weekends and during the summer until 2AM. Since I didn't ask about living near a bar this information wasn't disclosed. Wanting to move away from this noise I was told there is a $500 transfer fee and I would have to pay back the special I rented under. Furthermore I would have to pay market price, sans any incentives, for which ever unit I moved to. Needless to say I declined and counting down the days. Forget about breaking your lease since they don't allow you to either. In an effort to rent out the surplus of garages they've begun ticketing cars parking on the curb and sidewalks. Forget about parking near your unit after 6PM, unless you have a townhome, or a garage.
Come experience it for yourself. Park next door in the Hamptons and take a stroll in the evening.

Are you actually complaining about getting tickets for parking ON THE CURB, and ON THE SIDEWALK? You can't do that ANYWHERE.

Actually people tend to park on the curbs and sidewalks here. Before you mouth off to someone else for reporting the truth, check it out for yourself.
