My family and I moved in just over a yr ago and we are currently in our 3rd apt. The 1st apt had problems so they moved us to the one next door. After problems with the neighbors our former property manager was moving us to our 3rd apt. We looked at the apt and it was infested with cockroaches. Even maintenence wouldn't punch it out because of the roaches. The property mgr promised us that he would have the apt professionally exterminated and roach free before we had to move. He also promised new kitchen appliances, cupboards and counters. Before anything could be done at the "new" apt. he informed us that we had 2 days to be out of our current apt because he had it rented. The new tenants were trying to move in as we were trying to move out. The new apt is still...(3mths later) infested with ants and cockroaches...the kids wake up screaming because a roach is on them. After Charlie came through last week there are still residents who have to climb over trees to get to their apts...pool is still closed...
This place is terrible and getting worse by the day. Broken security gates, drug dealers in almost every building, OPD needs a sub-station on property because they are always here. Maintenence work orders conviently lost therefore nothing is ever fixed...or if it is it is half assed. Property mgr fired for theft...which is good because all he ever did was lie to the residence. Promise, promises, promise...is all you get here. If something needs to be fixed...tomorrow...but tomorrow never comes.
Should you rent here' Positively not. Don't put yourselves through hell...stay away!!!!!
