I live here as we speak and put it this way i am breaking my lease and gave them a 60 days notice to leave cause they never fix anything the fat maitenance man does not know anything besides how to talk crap to you the manager is a B***h my OUC bill is always 300 even in the winter time and i never used heat and i barely use the a/c ... Nobody really likes it here and there are always cops here and people have been breaking in cars and they dont do anything are gate was broken a month ago and it still isnt working at all ... Theres alot of problems with little kids hitting cars parents dont watch there kids at all around here! They have ducks here and i love em but ducks are nasty and there is always duck droppings on the side walk and it is never cleaned they poop all over your car i have hit almost 5 ducks since i have been here early in the morning cause it isnt that bright and they roam around all over the pavement like they have a death wish .. Do yourself a favor dont move here.. They act all nice the day you sign papers then you are on your own from there ... Good Luck Oh and lets not forget that i pay 769 a month for this aparment and when i leave there going to charge a 1000 not worth is at all
