I must say that this was the best apartment community that I have ever lived in, I wish that I could go back. Sracey, Mariel, and Axel made my stay on this community wonderful. But do to a job opportunity in NC that I couldn't pass up I had to move. When I moved in they all went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and and most of all happy. My apartment was beautiful, I had stainless steel applicance, beautiful ceramic tile, and a new cadrpet. The part that was more impressive was the view, I over looked a little pond and a fountain. The community was quite and offered a variety of events to participate in during the month (bingo, superbowl party, yard sale, ice cream social, the list goes on) as well as the normal fitness center and pool. I hope that once you see this review that you will check out this community, I am sure that you will loved it as much as I loved it!!!!!!

The last post must have been from the management. Give me a break, this place may seem ok on the tour, but once you live here it is horrible.

Actually that person is right (doubt it's management). I also had a good experience when I lived there last year. Usually disgruntle people take the time to post critical comments, which are still valid and worth hearing. Only thing I didn't like was the noise from the pool area & gate when it closed b/c my apt. was right next to it. "Upgraded" apts. are not necessary considering the $. And it's best to get an apt. on the 2nd floor so you don't have anyone above you making noise, plus they have vaulted ceilings. I'm relocating back to Orlando and I'm considering renting from them again. Good luck.
