The previous post is true -- getting the leasing office to do any repairs to your apartment is like pulling teeth. it took us four weeks to get them to add a telephone line into our bedroom so i could run my home office AND it took them a whole WEEK to replace our air conditioner. the staff is seriously incompetent and the apartments are overpriced! ever since the apartment ownership changed hands, its gone from bad to worse.
