Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Office staff is very rude, they don't know anything...they even screwed up on my lease papers...they wanted me to renew but said my rent would be $50 more a month...I am getting out...now they tell me I am in code noncompliance...how I don't know and they can't tell me. I get no help from them and they don't care about their residents. An office staff member even said they don't care if all their residents move out on them. My air conditioner has never worked correctly and they refuse to replace it. And bugs don't get me started...I have an ant problem and everything else. Don't live here plus after you move in your neighbor will be paying hundreds less than you a month later.
