IN 2008 UNDER LANE MANAGEMENT I FIND THE MANAGER IS VERY STRICT AND VERY HARD TO GET ALONG WITH. THE MAINTENCE MAN IS VERY GOOD AND VERY EASY TO GET ALONG WITH. THE RESIDENTS HERE MOVE OUT BECAUSE OF IT IS VERY HARD TO GET WHAT NEEDS FIXED ,FIXED. MY REFRIGERATOR NEEDS TO BE SET ON A LOW SETING,IT FREEZE UP EVEN ON NO 3 SEATING EVERY TWO WEEKS BUT MANAGEMENT WILL NOT REPLACE IT WITH NOT EVEN A USED ONE. MY AC NEVER WORKED AND I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER TWO YEARS. IF THE AC IS SET BELOW 80 DEGREES IT CLICKS OFF. IHAVE WROTE UP THIS PROBLEM MANY TIMES.
