Fountains at Waterford Lake

DO NOT MOVE HERE! From: college12 Date posted: 6/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I am a college student who moved there in May of 2007. I thought it was so nice. Now that I have moved to a wonderful new community (2 months before my lease at the fountains was up) I have realized what NICE is. If you want to sleep at night, dont move here. It is an OVERPRICED college dorm. I didnt want to live to close to the school so I moved here. Big mistake. The people in the office are SO RUDE. They treat you like you are a 5 year old. The apartment was $900 a month for a 1 bedroom and it was like living in a box. So overpriced. I have found much bigger one bedrooms. Our toilet, dishwasher, washer machine, dryer, air conditioning, was always breaking. I hated this place and moved out early. I am now living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a loft for $1000 a month. Its gorgeous. I DO NOT recommend living at the fountains. WARNING...IF YOU DO MOVE HERE WATCH OUT FOR THERE INFAMOUS $90 LATE FEES ON EVERYTHING. WHEN YOU MOVE OUT MAKE SURE YOU PAY RENT, BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I DIDNT OWE RENT ON MY MOVE OUT DATE, AND THEN I GOT CHARGED RENT WITH A $90 LATE FEE!! BE CAREFUL ..THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
