The Gatherings was without a doubt the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are disgraceful and the management is a joke. I was getting so sick from all the mold I had to just pay 4 months of rent in advance and move somewhere else. The ceiling in the living room leaked two different times. We had to have ten pots all over the living room to catch the water. There is mold behind my toilet in the kitchen and a huge hole in my closet from all the mold and water damage. I didn't see the whole for a long time and was disgusted to find out that moldy water was dripping all over my clothes. The management will not help for anything. I have also found that they will try anything to rip you out of your money. The apartment is so bad that they are putting my roommates up in a hotel to rennovate the place. I guess it's nice that after 50 complaints they are finally doing something at the end of the lease term. This place is a joke. As i went in to the clubhouse to turn in my keys I wanted to scream at the people signing a lease to run!
