I have lived here for one year, and I already wrote one review a few months ago. I just want to say that all apartments are overpriced in Orlando. But I am able to move across town to an apartment that is 10 times nicer than this place for only $60 more. And my other complaint is that I feel that only one person in the office actually does anything with a good attitude; Thanks Sue. Everyone else seems to have pickles up their butts! It does take forever to get things fixed around here, too. And it's pretty ghetto. The most ghetto apartment I've ever lived in. But it's big! And good for families with young bi-lingual children since they're running all over the place every day! That's all.
