Not only is a great deal of it subsidized housing - they don't tell you that when looking at the place - but the noise level is awful and there are BUGS everywhere. The staff is rude and completely unhelpful - especially Debbie, the manager. She is sweet until you have a problem that needs to be taken care of and actually requires her to work. Many times I went to the office just to ask a question or pick up a package and was totally ignored. Their idea of an apartment with a view is a view of the swamp in the back that the complex never drains. The units are completely overpriced, cheaply constructed, and poorly laid out. Find somewhere else to live.
