I have lived here for three years and the only problems I've seen is with the parking. And it took a long time to get repairs from the hurricane, but I guess that is to be expected. They do a lot of social activities for adults and kids, which is more than I can say than my last 2 complexes I lived at. The office is always nice and accomodating and maintenance is quick. People who say the clientele is going down are racist.
