Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2005-01-01
This is the fifth year I've lived here and I've changed apartments 4 times in the last 5 years, but not because of problems with the apartments.
Maybe it's because of the building they put me in this time, but this year I've found that EVERYTHING has decreased in quality - problems with the plumbing, the quality and speed of maintenance, the security (even with the new "improved" gate), the staff - they're nice enough but nice doesn't get the problem fixed, and the overall neighborhood.
It's pretty sad when some kid (or even worse, an adult) steals a stick TWICE that was supporting my plant out in the hall.
I only bothered replacing it once.
Not to mention the noise in the hall from all the kids gathering there - and now they've even started putting graffiti on the walls with black markers.
It's been there for at least 2 weeks, the office knows about it and has yet to paint over it.
My lease doesn't run out until the end of July but I've already started looking for a new complex.
