I've lived here for two years. In that short time I have watched the whole place go straight down hill. Maintenance stinks, management is quite rude and clearly doesn't care. The gate doesn't work half the time and when it does, all you have to do is wait until somebody leaves and you drive in that way. To top it off, recent ownership changes have driven the rent to sky high rates for everybody but a select few who are under low income housing. Or shall I say everybody but myself and a few others. This place can go straight to H----!
