There have been a numerous amount of break-ins in several apts with no force of entry. The thieves are coming in the front door and locking the door on their way out. This crime has been happening during the day when the leasing office is open. The leasing office claims that there are no master keys and every key is checked in and out if someone needs to enter the apt. They have not been very helpful with a logical explanation as to why the thieves are walking in and walking out. Possibly it's someone from the inside' hmmm If the leasing office is not concern about safety than who is' I would highly recommend that each apt have their locks changed.
This topic will be cont....

I agree on everything this person is saying. I'm home during the day and I had someone trying to open my door 2 times but I had the chain closed. By the time I got to the door, the person was gone.

The leasing office takes no responsibility for any wrong doing. What happened to the crime alert meeting that never took place? How about personal or non public information being disclosed without written or prior consent from the tenant? The answers to all these questions have been "I don't know".

THIS condo complex was highlighted in the news today. See http://flfiesta.com/forum where we are talking about CRIME, burglaries and particularly Jennifer Kesse who disappeared from the same area!!

The leasing office's response to these break-ins was to leave a flyer on the door. This oh-so-helpful flyer stated that there were break-ins in the neighborhood and that they (management) has no idea how this is happening. I feel so safe.
