when we signed our lease last year in May, we were assured that this was a quite community and that management inforces all rules and regulations.
Far from it!!!!! This is the noisiest and nastiest place I have ever lived in. The management takes forever to respond to comlaines, if at all. Several staff members live on site and sometimes witness wrong doing, like people being unruly at the pool, beer drinking right inside the pool when children are around, but not doing or saying anything.
Also this is supose to be a gated commuity. However the gate rarly works, and when it does, people just wait outside until someone with a pass enters and just drives in, as the gate does not shut after one vehicle.

I really hated it here
