This was a nice place a couple of years ago but things have sure changed. Things really changed when the they started going after the Section Eight crowd (rent assistance). If you like broken glass, clothing articles, garbage, and dog crap lying around then this is the place for you! I English is your only language then you might have difficulty communicating with your neighbors and the maintance people. They had to lock the basket ball court up because of gang problems. But if you are hot you can relax in the filthy pool along with numerous unsupervised kids. If you have any complaints you can voice them to the manager. She will listen politely and promise you that something will be done, of course as soon as you leave she is back in her office doing what ever she does there. You complaint will be completly ignored. You never see her outside the office (I think that she is afraid to leave the building). My car has been vandalized and the security gates are seldom closed at night. I could go on and on but you probably get the drift. This is no lie, the place got so bad that I bought my wife a 12 gauge shotgun for protection.

It was like that when we lived there a few years back, I am SO glad we found a better place to live (yes, there are nice apartment complexes in the Orlando area, but the GR is not one of them). It once was, many years ago. It is too bad there has been no improvement since.
