I have lived here for about a couple of months now and I don't see anything wrong with Grand Reserve. The people are friendly, Office Staff is there to help you, The are painting the building as we speak. The only thing that upsets me is that people take their dogs out and never pick up behind them, but other then that I givce the Grand Reserve a 8 out of a 10
