I lived here for a year now and I was treated fairly at first, but not at the end. Their staffs are very unprofessional and liars! They only communicate to their tenants only what is convenient for them. I believe a good property management company should conduct them selves professionally at all times. They should provide follow ups to their tenants in writing prior to their lease expiration date and not penalize by taking their deposits and charger you additional fees. This behavior only creates bad reputation to their properties and their staff. What kind of company will give you a reminder verbally of when your lease will expire' and lied about it' The parking there is horrible!! When you go to see the property they tell you it's a gated community. The gates never closed the year that I was living there. I had a gas leak in my apartment with a new born baby in the house. This leak was fixed 2 days after I reported it to them. If you live in the second or first floor you can hear your neighbors walking, even when they flush the toilet. We had our baby shower in the club house and we tried to rinse dishes and it flooded with rotten water. This happened prior to us serving food to our guests. Imagine how embarrassing that was for me and my wife. I didn't even get an apology from the staffs. I can go on all day writing about all the bad experience that had there, but my time is very valuable. I think you should be treated with honesty, fairness and respect even when you are not renewing your lease with them, especially when you are paying. As far as I'm concern, this property not worth the money... they are very over priced for what you are getting. I regret to put my family to live under these conditions. I hope you don t make the same mistake.
